Houdini Crashes at startup with Arnold 7

Hiya,

Just bought Arnold for Houdini Indie and tried the latest htoa 6.0.0.0 for Houdini 18.5.696 Windows.

However when I start Houdini it just freezes. I tried both the python 2 and the python 3 version.

I installed the 5.6.3.1 version and it works fine so using that for now.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

Setup:

Windows 10 latest updates, AMD 64 core, 256GB, RTX 3090 latest gpu driver.

Can you post the houdini.env file?

What is logged in the Houdini Console when you start houdini from a Houdini Command Line?

When I start through cmd I do not see the console. Houdini shows the splashes and then just freezes

Is it possible to get the log messages somehow in Houdini for a case like this?
