Exported ass file without Color Management by running Pre render MEL script
setAttr "defaultArnoldRenderOptions.output_ass_mask" 255;
under Common - Render Options in Maya render settings
There's no Ogawa node in Arnold or MtoA.
If you have one, it's from a third-party.
Or, the ass file is corrupt. Ogawa is an Alembic file format.
