No, it's not a known issue. What version of MtoA?

I forgot to says when IPR is on and activate after deactivate it. It is supposed to be a Memory issue? I have 64GB on my xeon, the scene is a CAd huge CAD car. On render Maya use 20GB.

That's how I tested (activating and deactiving while the IPR was running).

I'll have to try with a more complex\bigger scene

The problem appear also in Maya 2022.3 and MtoA 5.0.0.1
