Struggling to render Bifrost via kick

Hello,

I'm struggling to render a bifrost scene using kick on the commandline. It renders fine through Maya.

The first error was missing bifrost_multires_volume so I added the -l flag to point to our bifrost arnold procedural. Unfortunately this went on to fail with a segmentation fault. I noticed the arnold procedural couldn't find libaic_1_0.so I added the path to it to my LD_LIBRARY_PATH and but unfortunately the seg fault still happens.

I've tried amending our kick wrapper to create the same environment we use to launch Maya but still no luck.

Does anyone have any suggestions for what to try next?

MAYA 2020.3

ARNOLD 6.2.1.0

MTOA 4.2.3

BIFROST 2.2.1.3

Thanks

Siobhan

What if you don't expand procedurals?

Even the simplest bifrost_multires_volume scene crashes for me (with kick) when I export with Expand Procedurals enabled.

Cool. I'm just logging a bug now for the crash...
