After connect aiCurvature to maya displacement, and put render bottom, maya stoped work.

I think this is a catch-twenty-two. Curvature needs geometry to evaluate, yet the geometry is being displaced by the curvature. If I am understanding the problem, what would be needed is the ability to evaluate the curvature based on the pre-displaced geometry. I'm not sure if this is possible.
AO also behaves in the same manner.
Better to assign the Curvature node to object through the AiUtitlity color node and export textures through Render Selection Texture. Then use the exported map the way u need.
In this case it is better to use modo bake in mari, it will be many times faster than arnold will do, I had another task, in general it was interesting to earn it or not thus if use aiCurvature
