Flickering with tiny objects

I have very small objects that are far enough from the camera that it causes flickering in the final animation. I need something similar to the Ai Min Pixel Width but for geo instead of hair. Is there anything like that or any other workaround for rendering very tiny things without cranking up the samples.

You could try increasing Camera (AA) Samples and reduce Diffuse, Specular etc to compensate.

Do you have any images that you can share?

One more way, if you could render out that separatly in higher resolution and merge in comp, could fix your problem.
