Houdini 16.5.405 Indie version no Arnold licence found

Hello,

I want to try out Arnold rendering engine with Houdini 16.5.405 Indie Commercial version.
I downloaded Arnold for Houdini 16.5.405 from:
https://www.solidangle.com/arnold/try/arnold-download/

I installed the installation that came with it.
I also modified the .env file

This is how text in file looks at the moment:
----------------------------------------------------------------
# # Houdini Environment Settings # # The contents of this file are read into the environment # at startup. They will override any existing entries in # the environment. # # The syntax is one entry per line as follows: # VAR = VALUE # # Values may be quoted # VAR = "VALUE" # # Values may be empty # VAR = # # Example: # # HOUDINI_NO_SPLASH = 1 # htoa config start PATH = "$PATH;C:/Users/cocli/htoa/htoa-2.2.4_re18b644_houdini-16.5.405/htoa-2.2.4_re18b644_houdini-${HOUDINI_VERSION}/scripts/bin" HOUDINI_PATH = "C:/Users/cocli/htoa/htoa-2.2.4_re18b644_houdini-16.5.405/htoa-2.2.4_re18b644_houdini-${HOUDINI_VERSION};&" # htoa config end

When i start Houdini i will get every time error below:

----------------------------------------------------------------
In Houdini when i create a basic Scene and i render with arnold i will get every time water mark on my render.
I downloaded also Licence server installer from here:
https://support.solidangle.com/display/A5AILIC/Installing+RLM+on+Windows

And i used Trial licence file and used that when installed the license server as it was asking at start the file.

Also when inside Houdini i select Arnold >> RLM Licencing
same errorors pop up (the one i get when i start Houdini) and also

Here is also video where i try to explain this

You didn't mention the trial license. Did you get the trial license file and put it in the same folder as Arnold (ai.dll) ?

The trial license doesn't use the RLM license server
