i have been tryng to learn this new surface shader but every tutorial is very different in comparison to the new version of arnold 5.0 // i am not sure where to turn nothing corrilates to the basic texturing tutorials you find on YouTube. The standard surface shader is not intuitive or easy even for seasoned 3d generalists. i spent a week jsut trying to figure out bump maps, !!!??? it not like in the tutorials with THIS NEWER VERSION of ARNOLD!! can any one help explain this NEW STANDARD SURFACE SHADER, IM STUCK AND FRANKLY DONE WITH THIS renderer!

to be clear, I am trying to connect a SIMPLE bump map image into based off tutorials i found online, but there are some different things about this standard surface shader, that is not being defined in tutorials i have found. Bump maps or normals maps seem counter intuitive in the new Arnold?!
