I'm sorry that this is probably not the best place to write this but I could not find a support e-mail for Arnold Answers;
When I first logged in I had a different username and e-mail but changed both quite immediately. Thing is I still receive notifications for that user (same account) but I can not log in to the notification settings for that one because it does not exist with that username or e-mail anymore.
It's the same account as this but probably Arnold Answers handles it as a separate one.
Please just disable all notifications for this user:

Unfortunately I still receive notifications to my old e-mail address. I will create a filter and send them to the bin but I would have preferred if I don't get any in the first place. So the user has to be somewhere in some list.
To clarify: I did not delete any account. I logged into my Autodesk account and posted on Arnold Answers. After that I changed username and e-mail on my Autodesk account and logged in here again. That seems to be the point where a new user was created and I lost access to the settings of the "old" one. Still same Autodesk account!
As I said, I will create a filter and the matter is under control, but if you could manage to find the e-mail in some notification list and turn them off, I would be glad 😄
Hi Robert, thanks for the additional info, I will look inot this further.
We found your 'older account' and disabled notifications. We made a test comment to make sure you are not receiving them anymore for that account, can you confirm you have not received a notfication for our test comment.
