Excluding a volume from a light source

Hi,

I'm using c4dtoA, and i've tried to exclude a volume i created, from a light source.
The problem is that it doesn't work, and the volume is still illuminated by the light.

Is there a solution or a workaround to this problem?

Thanks!

Seems to be a bug, I'll try to fix this in the next release.

Actually it works with OpenVDB volumes and objects with the Arnold Mesh Volume tag. What's your C4DtoA version? It was added in 2.2.1.

You're right, it works fine with a arnold mesh volume tag attached to an object.
I was using a arnold volume node with a box type selected.

Thanks!

The fix for the Box and Sphere type volumes is coming in the next release.

It's fixed in C4DtoA 2.3.1 for Box and Sphere type volumes.
