MaxtoA Scene Converter issues

The scene converter scripts to convert to arnold materials/lighting are not installed to the correct location. I had to manually find them and copy them into the correct folder with the other scripts to find them in the scene converter.

The lighting conversion scripts don't actually convert the lights, they just replace the lights with new lights in the same location and target, but all other properties of the lights are lost. (spot lights lose their beam angles, the color is lost, the intensity is all 1500 no matter what it was before, the names of the lights are lost, and if any lights were grouped or created as instances that is all lost too (so they are all unique copies that have to be tweaked one at a time) really everything about the light is lost except it's location and target... We need a real conversion script to convert omni/spot/mr omni/ mr spot/ photometric lights to arnold lights retaining all the lighting properties (or equivalent properties, like if the intensity was 2.5 it should put "250%" in the dimming field

Also, we need scripts that go the other direction: How can I convert an arnold light to a photometric light that will work in ART renderer

Same with Arnold materials, need a script to convert arnold materials to physical materials.

Has anyone created such scripts? any source for scripts online? or at least help figuring out how to create them (don't know maxscript, just a lowly artist not a computer programer)
