Hi, in my scene some objects have very fine geometries that need extra AA samples in order to be rendered correctly. Is it possible to specify that only those objects have increased AA samples? In the general render settings I have AA samples set to 3, then added a C4DtoA tag to the object with a user option AA_samples 4, but it has no effect.
Is Arnold capable these days of having per object sampling? Some thin hair stands are pushing up render times for the whole scene... From 17mins to 2hours, just to reduce the noise on the hair geo strands. Not making sense.
