AOV didn't render

Hi, I rendered a file , EXR, many layers, but, although in the IPR, I can view the custom AOV masks, I think that they are listed in my PS layer panel, but I can not select them for a specific image in my layer, in other words, if I have strawberry, in fluid, I want to select JUST the berry, which I did create a custom AOV for , the layer says, berry ( redgreenblue), can someone please tell me what I did wrong,? thank you

If I understand correctly that's more like a question about PS, right? If you render a multilayer EXR or TIF, than do the AOVs show up in PS or Nuke? If so than the render is fine and you should be able to use the masks.
