I have read up on the Standard Hair shader which appears straight forward, but I can not find any info on how to use it in relation the Hair & Fur. Do I drop it into the Custom Shader slot in the Hair & Fur modifier? Should I turn Hairs to geometry in the effects panel? Is there any advice on the best lighting? I can not get a good realistic result so far - please advise.
