how to get correct motion vector with a rigged object?

Hi, I was trying to have 2d motion vector work for my charter with rigging, however somehow I could not get it work. I tested with a simple scene, one ball with rigging and the other w/o it.  The one with rigging still does not work. I have attached this file. Can you take a look at a file and see what I did wrong? I tried mblur for deformation object for this, but that also does not work. That deformation test scene from Arnold site does not include any rigging though.
