Have a question, is it possible to render a pass with shadow on the floor only. By default shadow matte shader is capturing shadow with the shape of the object this shadow casted by. For example i am rendering a car and i need shadow only. Also in render settings i see Shadow Mask and Shadow Diff AOVS, when i add them they are empty black. What this AOV's stand for and how to use it ?
Thanks.
I was able to achieve what i need but not in an efficient way. Applied Arnold tag on the entire vehicle, turned off Primary visibility. In addition i had to go and turn it off in all nested elements with arnold tag (all glass, acrylic elements). And it looks like i will have to render it again. So, my new question - is there a way to get this exact pass without manually turning off primary visibility and rendering animation again ?
Thanks.
I don't think there's a better way to achieve this at the moment, sorry.

@RomanIvashnev there is actually a way to do it, you have to make use of render layers and overrides, I know how to do it in maya
