By default, we do not render the preview channels (e.g. crypto_object) when writing to EXRs, because they are not used by the decoders and are just dead weight on disk. I also see you are not using the After Effects Cryptomatte plugin either, so I would recommend using that. It is available in the latest ProEXR beta, and there is a link to that on the Cryptomatte github.
If you really want the preview channels, you can turn on "preview_in_exr" on the Cryptomatte shader in your 3D package. But I stress that the preview channels are deprecated, are not used by Cryptomatte decoders, and creating masks by just doing soft keys on the preview channels is not the way to properly use Cryptomattes.
@Jonah Cryptomatte is fine when Ifrom-sequence-render.zip save the render image from arnold render view, but not working in sequence render and batch render, both time image is coming with only outline
Yes, this Cryptomatte is fine. You must use a Cryptomatte plugin to read Cryptomattes properly. If you want to use it in After Effects, download the newest ProEXR beta.
You are talking about the preview channels, which are not used by Cryptomatte, and are only there to give you an indication that it's working in CG. If you must write them, use the option "preview_in_exr", but if you do that you're writing out a large amount of data that you are not using.
Cryptomatte is working fine with ProEXR, but it slow down the after effect, any suggestion regarding that,
and rendering Cryptomatte also crash maya multiple time.@Jonah Friedman @Lee Griggs
