How do I remove this flare looking effect?

1944-issue.jpeg

I have finished modelling my camera and have put the back plate in and such. I have my IBL setup however when I preview my render it has these flare effect going on, I believe it may be from the skydome. I have tried looking through a few attributes but cannot seem to figure it out. How do I remove these keeping the lighting correct?

change you format in SkyDome to Angular or Mirrored ball
and turn off specular in backplate

What Skydome visibility settings do you have?

I have the visibility set to 1 or (on) I have even gone into the attributes to toggle on and off different things to see if it makes a diference.

Do you have a Shadow Matte shader assigned? What happens when you reduce specular on it?
