When using Alembic procedural, displacement not working until you not use unpack ... Attributes ,shaders, sub-d on rendering and etc will work but displacement does not affect until it is unpacked. So there must be or this a bug?

Can you make sure you are using Htoa 3.0.2 or higher? It should be working, please see the displacement.zip test scene for an example.
There's an issue with displacement scale and alembic pimitives which is being investigated currently: https://trac.solidangle.com/htoa/ticket/1049.
