How do I Create a Custom Aov based on selection of faces in maya ?

i have a face model i have selection of faces of eyes and mouth and inner mouth n eyebrows .

I have assigned ai utiity shader with different colors to each of the selection .But i dont know to to create

acustom AoV for separate selection of faces of eyes n inner mouth .

plz help

What custom AOV you want for those selected faces?

If you have different materials assigned to each element, then use shader id
https://support.solidangle.com/display/AFMUG/Using+Custom+AOVs+to+Create+Mattes
Otherwise render it in a separate layer with mattes shaders

i want to make custom aov giving matte color for selection using diffrent colors..
