How can I make a texture of a rough toilet paper (Arnold in 3ds Max)?

Hi,

I am trying to draw a lateral flow assay (shown in reference) and want to make a texture of a rough toilet paper as marked in the red circle. (It's a membrane material of a lateral flow assay actually. It has a porous structure).

Could you give me some tips to make such a texture on a standard box shape?
