How many samples do you have set for your scene? You didn't happen to have keyframed your samples / is this only appearing for a single frame or a sequence?

Can you upload a simplified scene or a scene screengrab if that's not possible?

This is MotoA or MaxtoA? It sems like you have very intensity bump or mesh light, emission shader light.
Can you upload screen with you render settings, ray depth, how many samples you use in light, what light are you use, do you use portal light?
Are you use volume fog or scatter in scene?
Turn off all light in scene, and create one area light in room, render with AOV (diffuse, spec, coat, transmission and emission).
If you use mtoa, look what yuo have in debug lighting.
Try render with "Ignore" option in render settings.
