[Solved] MtoA 5.2.0 Cryptomatte issue

Hi,

I recently installed the latest version of MtoA (5.2.0) and of Cryptomatte for Nuke (1.2.2 on GitHub).

It renders the Cryptomatte perfectly and I can see them in Nuke. But in the Cryptomatte node, when I try to pick a color, it doesn't add it to the Matte list, even if I force the update.

I had a very old version of MtoA and Cryptomatte since I didn't work with it since a very long time, that's why I updated all of this.

I'm on Maya 2018 and Nuke 11 (Non-Commercial).

Thank you very much

Works fine for me in nuke 10.5
You turn on "Picker Add" button in Cryptomatee node before selection mattes?

Try to use older version of nuke, and can you make attach one of you exr file for test?

Ok I just found what I did wrong: for Cryptomattes to work, the exr files has to be separated, not merge during the render.

For the test of my current project, I did a full render in the Arnold RenderView then "Saved a Multi-Exr Image", so it didn't work.

A Batch Render solved it.

Thank you very much for your help @Slava Sych

Just a comment about this - multi channel EXRs do work, but ones written from the Arnold Renderview do not, as they are missing necessary metadata.
