Volume displacement in Arnold for 3ds max

hello everyone,

I am new to Arnold Render. i was learning volume displacement from this following tutorial and i think i missed something in the process,

I liked downloaded vdb file and added noise shader to volume shader node as it says in tutoerial,

but when i am trying it isn't showing any result in view port.

i think i am missing something here. Also noise pattern isn't generating in material browser.

Kindly help,

Thanks in advance.

Don't think you are able to view the volume in the view port, use the active shade to quickly preview it.

Also add the volume shader to the volume to see the material changes.

Use the map to material node, plug the noise also in there and you can preview the noise in the map to material node.
