Distorting an image

A week ago I was playing with image textures and I stumbled upon the official guide as I was looking for something which I can't remember what was it. After playing with the options in the shader network, the result of a simple image texture was a sort of voronoi pattern, which was quite fun to play with.

Now, I'm trying every single node in the shaders network and any possible option, but I can't find that particular node/settings.

I know it's super vague but in case someone has any idea of what that node might be...

Hi, you just have to connect a noise to UV coords of your image node, and voilá the magic happens.

Is there any way to distort a ramp instead of an image?
I can create a ramp image in Photoshop but that's a much more tedious method.
