X-Particles demo not rendering in picture viewer

Ive just started playing around with x-particles 4 demo but having big problems actually rendering anything out. The scene appears fine in the IPR, but wont render any x-particles object in the picture viewer.

When I include a basic geometry it renders ok, but leaves out any particle geometry, x-particle cloth or skinned mesh.

The x-particle elements are rendering ok in physical and standard renderer on C4D

Any thoughts would be much appreciated!

The X-Particles demo doesn't support render of third-party render engines. You have to use the full version to be able to render with C4DtoA.

Hi Stephen - are you sure that applies to the newest version of x-particles? I dont think it mentions that on the Insydium page https://insydium.ltd/register-for-a-demo/

Create an xpEmitter. Add an Arnold Parameters to it. Add a skydome light.

That renders with the licensed version of X-Particles.

I guess it's still the case, at least I don't recall any restrictions in our code. Let me check with Insydium.

Insydium confirmed that they removed the restriction in XP4. I think I have found the problem why the particles are not rendering in Arnold, I'm just not sure yet if it's a bug in XP or in the plugin.
