EXR AOVs are output linearly by Arnold through OIIO, and are not affected by the Max output settings you are using for the beauty. It's diffucult to say what's going on in your case (tonamapping maybe ?), but if you add the RGBA AOV to your list, you will also see how your beauty looks in linear space.

If you want to send us the scene, we'll have a look.

Beauty & sRGB pass were added and they showed the same results washed out image even through tonning in photoshop i cant get the right look , unless i convert the image to 16bit and play with the conversion settings but it also doesnt match the results of the rendered image , i tried viewing the image in Nuke same results , I ran out of ideas so what else could i check !

I tried correcting it using image > adjustment > exposure , it works to some degree but i guess thats still isnt normal since i see people open images correctly from the start in photoshop or nuke right !

Tonemapping (exposure parameters of Physical Camera) not supported in AOV. As @Nicola Jannuzzo said, AOVs saves as linear.
