If you have this error in R20 using C4DtoA 2.4.1 or 2.4.1.1 then please update to 2.4.1.2 which contains a fix. Otherwise please tell me your C4D, C4DtoA and TFD version.

Can you show me the full log please? Is there anything else in there which gives us a clue why the volume is not generated?
There was an API change in recent TFD versions, which broke older C4DtoA versions. It was fixed in C4DtoA 2.6.1.4, so could you try the latest version if it works?
