how do you setup arnold sdk?

I need to setup arnold sdk correctly in order to access fumefx shaders for arnold but instructions are thin and there is no .exe to install.

I have read

but I'm a novice python user and am not understanding the processes, locations and the results I should be expecting.

Am I missing some docs on how to make use of sdk aka api?

You don't need the Arnold SDK, you need MtoA
