Hi Im working on an glass object, and my setup has a skydome connected to an HDRI, in the HDRI options I switch the camera visivility to 0 so i dont see the HDRI in my render view, but since i have a black backgroung(because the HDRI is set to 0) thats what it gets reflected or refracted not sure, on my object, but i want the HDRI to get reflected or refracted in my object, do you know if there is a way to fix this. Thank you,
This is the render with the HDRI on and i want the glass to have this bg so i can comp in Nuke but if i turn the HDRI off i just get the black backgound.
And I cant leave it the HDRI on because i will get it in the alpha channel.
It may have something to do with the subject matter of the HDR map that you are using (just kidding ;).
How are you "turning the HDR off"?
This is what I get, by adjusting the Skydome Camera Visibility from 1 to 0.
Hi Lee
I hope is not because of the HDR im using hahaha
Im turning it off like you show in the images, did you adjust any other setting?
Thank you,
Moises
