is it possible to move the position of a skydome light

Id like to move a skydome light. I can rotate it but the position seems to be ignored.

The skydome samples the hemisphere at an "infinite" distance, so the position is not of importance.

There is a workaround to have a similar to this? Any plan to add this feature?
