gpu render error post

this is my PC environment:

i9 9900k\\2080ti gpu X2(419.67 creator ready version) \\32gb ram \\ Win10 1809

1.After my repeated tests, when my PC connects SLI with nvlink device, it will not be able to render ,

and the error:

plz tell me how can fix it
