Use displacement map and multiple UV Tiles

Ehy everyone, need some help here... I followed the flip normals video about how to export the displacement map from zbrush to arnold..Everythink works, except for one thing...Before opening the file I set the project to the correct folder, so when in the displacement file node I locate the path for the displacement map the path is "sourceimages/Displacement Maps/MapEyeR.exr" and not "D:/MajorProject/sourceimages/Displacement Maps/MapEyeR.exr"...which is what I want, but this work for stuff with object with a single UV Tile...while for object with multiple uv tiles whenever I switch the UV Tiling mode to "UDIM (Mari)" the path is resetted to absolute which is not what I want and If I try to delete the first part to make it absolute it simply does not work...How can I fix this problem? Thank you
