Help with interior light and shaders

3838-render-1.jpg

3839-scene.jpg

Hello! I'm trying recreate a render from johannesl scene (first image, rendered with VRay).

1) In a vray scene for a lamp lighting was used a mesh light. I did the same, but result is different, I don't have reflections on the wall.

2) The first image has more green look, mine is white. What are u thinking about it?

3) Stone on the table is dark, unlike original render

4) My render time is 50 minutes, is it ok with scene like that?

any advises for improvement my render. My render settings.

I used domelight (hdri 4 samples) and portal light

Is your skydome light simply white, or is it textured with an image similar to the backdrop? That may explain why you're not getting green light from the environment.

Not sure what version of Arnold you're using, or the state of the Opaque attribute, but I would check to make sure the lampshade is not opaque. Attribute Editor > Shape node > Arnold > Opaque should be off, otherwise light won't transmit through the surface.

Newer versions of Arnold automatically disable opacity in the renderer if the material has a non-zero Transmission Weight. The Opaque flag is ignored under these conditions.
