Gobo chromatic abberation?

Is it possible to get a chromatic aberration effect on a texture that is input into the Slide map of the gobo node?

For example I have a black and white texture to help fake water caustics: caustics-001.png

The spot light emitted this gobo texture: gobo.png

Similar to what I want (mockup in photoshop): gobo-chrabb.png Ignore the edges of the plane since I just shifted the rgb channels of the whole image over a few pixels.

Can I get this effect on the texture natively in Arnold C4D?

Thanks!

You can use Shuffle with Cell Noise to do this. Example here.

Thanks, Lee. I've read through the example. Unfortunately I've gotten stuck at the end because it specifies to connect some nodes into the R, G, and B inputs of the Shuffle node but these only exist in the MtoA, not C4DtoA. I'm sure there's just a quick and easy C4DtoA equivalent for this but I'm too tired to figure it out right now. I'll try tomorrow.

Use the float_to_rgb shader.

Works great now, thank you!
