MtoA 4.0.1 not loading in Maya student version 2018 and 2019

Hello,

I just downloaded MtoA 4.0.1 for 2018 and 2019 as usual and installed it. When i start Maya Arnold doesn´t load and even an manual loading in the plugins manager is not possible. This script error shows up:
