How to make an Arnold Material Color react to wind dynamic ?

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to make a material react to a Wind Object I have in my scene.

I have something like a Wheat field which is influenced by my wind object.

The idea is to illustrate the strenght of the wind. The more the hair is "bent" by the wind, the more red the hair become. So the transition is across all the hairs i think.

The field is created with the Hair module. The wind object has turbulence parameter turn to 50% with a speed around 35cm.

I think it's something like a ramp parameter pluged with a velocity parameter or something like that but i'm at my wit's end with this issue.
