I've been trying to get multiple angle threshold values on an character I'm working on. AiToon catches most details fine but the nose is subtle and other rounded areas aren't getting picked up. At an angle threshold value of 22 the body is fine but for the trouble areas it has to be at around 10. At 10 other parts start to get dark and muddy.
I've tried mapping a grey value texture map to that channel with no luck (works fine with other values). I've also tried using the crease tool but it makes the outline chunky.
I'm using Normal Type shading normal and in Maya 2018.
