My renderview(layout) not showing in C4D

I just bought the single-user license and installed version 2.6.0 dawin for C4D R18. I have a trouble with the program which the render layout doesn’t show up and I don’t know how to fix this. I’m not sure, if it because I bought the license that support newer version or not, also I can’t activate my license(watermark still there). I downloaded every file but it didn’t work. Please help, this is a first time I bought 3d rendering software and I really lost right now.

First of all, single user licensing is supported from C4DtoA version 3.0.1. If you want to use an older version (e.g. 2.6.0) you need a network license. Our support team can help you with that.

I'm not exactly sure what do you mean by render layout does not show up. Do you see C4DtoA in the Plugins menu?

Yes!, I’d love to. yes I see it in plug-in menu and that’s alright

Please contact support(at)arnoldrenderer(dot)com and explain your situation, that you bought a single user license but need to convert it to a network license to be able to use it in an older version (C4DtoA 2.6.0 / Arnold 5.4).
