Hi I'm Currently using 3dsmax , before I had no problem with rendering even when I use Potix apply on beauty/denoiser.
Recently my 3dsmax had a ribbon configuration problem and made me reset to factory defaults. After that when ever I render and check the apply on beauty mode it just pitch black and doesn't process the render at all.
