An image would be really useful. If it is in DOF, then yes its probably an AA issue. To check, you could try rendering out AOVs to help identify where the noise is coming from.

More information about removing noise in C4DtoA can be found here.

Hi, thank you, apologizes for not providing a screen shot!-I figured it was the AA, will do AOV check, but I did find out a specific light was the culprit, the focal light, any revelations would be greatly appreciated, Best, Craigscreen-shot-2018-01-17-at-92053-am.pngscreen-shot-2018-01-17-at-91939-am.pngscreen-shot-2018-01-17-at-91231-am.png

The link is just the link to the page.

Click Tools > Attachments. You'll see the c4d scene file in the list.

Thank you, but all I see is the c4d file, AOV write, which I was able to download, I was referring to AOV object ID, or are they the same?-I really do appreciate all of your sage advice, a wonderful asset here!-;)

Yes, that's all it is. You use the aov_write_rgb to write out an object ID aov, where the "id" is a unique color provided by the utility shader
