I use a RenderVar to render cryptomatte aov in Solaris,it doesn't work
Any news here?
Is there a date when the render delegate will support Cryptomattes ?
Cryptomatte is not supported yet. There's more to cryptomatte than the filter (AOV shaders in particular).
Any updates on Cryptomatte support in Solaris? This is one of the only threads I've found that talks about it, and the last post was back in August so I figured I'd ask.
Support for imagers and cryptomatte depends on adding support for arbitrary node graphs. Some of that work is being done in https://github.com/Autodesk/arnold-usd/issues/964 during the current sprint

Hi to all,
I'm trying for the first time to render cryptomatte in htoa.
I can see RenderVar in typical crypto style , but it seems have no content. When I render exr, in nuke I can't pick nothing, as if cryptoaov were empty.
Any idea?
thankyou

Hi,
issue was the same AOV shaders path of custom aov (ambient occlusion). If I have both (crypto and ao) doesn't work.
There's a way to have several AOV shaders path? or merge crypromatte with others aov write at the same time?
As of HtoA 6.1.4, you can have multiple aov shaders.
Picker doesn't seem to support it, but you can type in the names of multiple ArnoldNodeGraphs
If you use auto-complete, don't leave the trailing slash on the aov shader name
