Where do I insert the b/w SSS map from substance painter in aistandard surface?

I saw somewhere that we need to insert it in radius, but doing so results in white scattering color so generally, it should be in peach color...? Also, is it okay if the base color map is used as the subsurface color?
I'm getting better results with not using the b/w sss map but I'm lacking control.
assigning the map to scale also results in weird white light in ears as well.
