Can't login to HtoA help

I'm not able to login to the help docs here:

I'm directed here when clicking on the "?" help button for arnold node. I've tried my autodesk login and it says that is incorrect. When I click on "forgot my password" to receive an email to reset it, I don't get an email (not in "junk" folder). I'm on a mac - not sure if that makes any difference.

There is no login.

Ah ok thanks - good to know. I get the same page whenever I try to access any help from within Houdini, so I guess none of the links are working (yet).

All the shaders and imagers look right to me.

I'm sorry, you're right - most of the links do in fact work. I'm just getting started with it (downloaded it yesterday).
