Those warnings were for preview renders that 1 or 2 seconds. So 1s for scene creation was a big percentage of the total render time.

Those warnings can be safely ignored.

By the time it got to the AA=1 render pass, the render took 2 minutes and there was no warning, because 1.83 seconds out of 2min 25s isn't significant.
