HtoA Installation problem

Hi guys I am trying to install Arnold for Houdini to try it and I am using exact version and build (for Houdini 18.5.499) but I can never ever make it to work. I keep getting this error message once I enter Houdini and try to use Arnold.

I hate how Houdini works already with that stupid .env file so if you can please take a look at my env file here as I might not be able to hack my way into the fiie or something. I am not a software engineer and Houdini expects you tto b one to hack your way into software so I have no clue what in the world iis SideFX thinking with this 1980s approach to installation but if you guys can take a look it would mean a lot to me. Thank you.

My .env file

You have the Python 3 version of Houdini, and HtoA doesn't support Python 3 yet.

You'll have to uninstall Houdini, and download and install the Python 2.7 version of Houdini
