How many licenses do I need for network rendering?

Hello,
I'm sorry if this has been answered elsewhere. We are looking into using amazon's cloud rendering (https://www.amazonaws.cn/en/solutions/cloud-rendering-farm/) and I'm wondering how many licenses we would need.

Obviously we would need a multi user license for the amazon server, but do I also need a license for each computer that will be sending it jobs? Or am I able to set up renders and export .ass files using just the version of Arnold that I get with Max?

You need one Arnold license for each render node.
