how to make a custom motion vector AOV?

I followed the description --

I can't make a custom motion AOV.

I had the following steps.

1. I make a custom AOV

2. I assign a motion vector shader to the custom AOV

3. set Start Time : 0, End Time : 1, and checked Encode Raw Vector in the Motion Vector Attributes.
4. In the render Settings window, I enabled motion blur, and Position : Center On Frame, and Length : 1

5. In the Render Settings windows, I checked "Ignore Motion Blur" in order to disable the motion blur effect.

What is my mistake?

i don't know the role of the "Start Time" function and "End Time" function in the ai Motion Vector shader.

What is differences between them and "Start" attribute and "End" attribute under Motion Blur items in Render Settings window?

I realized the role of the motion vector shader.

The motion vector shader ouputs the motion vector with the motion blur enabled.

because of the reason, i think that the motion vector shader is unuseful in most cases.
