Basic Settings for Arnold Standard Surface Shader from Autodesk Rose Shader Tutorial

I enjoyed reading the rose shader tutorial for the Arnold standard shader, but wanted to know what actual basic settings to start with for diffuse, specular, and sss or else where I can download the shader preset?
